We will go slow, caring for our nervous system. We are happy to facilitate the opportunity to listen with our bodies, follow the energy, witness what is there, and dive to the space where we are stuck, individually and collectively, to free ourselves within and step into our own power.

 

Beginning with an introduction round we will open the space for you and listen to what you would like to share, need support with, use our bodies and it's universal intelligence to clean what is not serving us anymore.

 

Together we will create an energy field filled with love coming from the heart of the universe.
